Marie’s Last Day!

We are back in our favorite spot in Starbucks catching up on news, views, and family. We enjoyed our dinner last night at leboeufsurlaplace-tours.fr. My rib eye was delicious but a tad rare. Ashley’s was way too rare, Marie’s filet was perfect! Raphael & Jean-Pierre ate their steak tartare—absolutely uncooked! Grossness! But they love it.

After an exhausting day walking around Châteaus, we walked anothe 3/4 of a mile to dinner. It is just too much for me!
Approximately 1pm I arrived at the Hospital Bretoneaux to be available during the IT1 event. I am no help b/c they do not include me in any conversations. Oh well, their loss.
I bolted out of there at 5:20 to head back to the hotel to get Marie and take her to the train. She was waiting in the lobby so off we went to St. Pierre des Corps Station. She was an hour early but at least she is there and should be good.
The team is going to dinner at 8pm. I’m starving now! And I will have to walk back to the same restaurant area again!! Ah!! Another late night of French dining!
